I’M LARRY KREGER
I’m the creator of Jew It Yourself, a DIY and home-improvement brand built around practical fixes, useful tools, saving some shekels, and learning as we go. I’m not interested in pretending every project is easy; I want to show what works, what doesn’t, and when it makes sense to call a professional.
Jew It Yourself also reflects who I am off camera: family, Jewish values and traditions, humor, curiosity, and the belief that learning how things work can make everyday life a little better.
WHY “JEW IT YOURSELF”?
With an engineering background, a love for working with my hands, and a naturally frugal streak, I’ve always been the kind of person who wants to understand how something works before paying someone else to fix it. Jew It Yourself grew out of that mindset: combining practical DIY, problem-solving, and saving a few shekels with my Jewish identity and sense of humor. It’s about having the confidence to learn something new, get your hands dirty, and say, “I can probably Jew It Myself.”
